What Part of Your Routine Do You Always Try to Skip if You Can?

Eating!

Our children have always been and still are early risers. Usually by 6AM someone is talking or switching on a light! We don’t actually have to leave the house until 08:25 but so much will happen in these 145 minutes. Everyone needs to have breakfast. Everyone needs to make their beds. Everyone needs to have a bath or shower. Everyone needs to be oiled. Everyone needs to be dressed. Everyone needs their hair to be done – we are all naturally curly or coiled beauties.

I have made my eldest designated water bottle filler and vitamins dispenser. Either my husband or I will make our youngest packed lunch for preschool – after taking his “order”.

I will put everything back in it’s original place; brushes, combs, conditioners. MATE you name it, everything is back where it should be and I will not have eaten a single thing. All now, I still haven’t eaten or drank anything since yesterday at story time (8PM). I don’t like to rush, or panic, I love to basque in my meal prep and cooking. Most importantly, I want to indulge in the flavours of the foods that I am eating. Being stripped of dairy, gluten, crustaceans and red meat, has done that to me and has been so life changing!

I take food, very seriously now. I have even extracted all of my knowledge and created a course for all walks of life. Whether you are being faced with a similar challenge? Or maybe you just want to cut certain foods out of your diet? My Allergen Free Living course will guide you and widen your mind to a better way of living.
