Love Yourself?

People talk about the pressures of life but why is there no solution to gain relief?

You have to love yourself, and all your flaws. You have to love your partner and their flaws. You have to show up every day, for yourself and everyone EVERY SINGLE DAY. Regardless of how you’re feeling and regardless of how full or empty your cup is. People will tell you, to take the positives of the day but then you can’t forget the negatives. As they both make up the day. Is anything ever going to be fairly balanced? Or does one always outweigh the other?

I have a friend who cries at least once a day. Everyone thinks she is hugely dramatic or just not clued up. However, after she cries she feels better and carries on with her day. Is it crazy to indulge in this method? Being in control of your own emotions is one factor, you cannot control others though. I think being an empath in today’s climate, is a negative for me. As it is not fair that I take on other beings emotional energy when I cannot safely manage my own.
